We are a consultancy of two who have the resources and experience to handle some of the tasks of an independent agency. Often times we work with other agencies or vendors who have category expertise. In today’s marketplace, the “hub-and-spoke” model has proven to be an affordable and effective solution for many brands.
At the end of the day, what matters is that you build advocacy, and that those conversations are ongoing.
Put it this way: if you sell a product only a few times, you might not have much of a business. But if you allow people to invest in your brand, they’ll buy your product without you having to “sell” them anything. And they’ll keep buying it.
